Vegetarian Wannabe....

Just read this excerpt from a site for animal rights. This is pretty C- writing but you get the picture. It's just like The Jungle and every other description you've ever heard of a slaughterhouse- utterly disgusting. It especially reminds me of a chapter of one of my favorite books of all time: Gig... it was someone in the meatpacking industry as well who describes the huge pools of blood that he'd have to drag his feet through and how every inch of him was sopping red after a day's work.
And after all that I've said about human rights it seems pretty hypocritical of me to not be a vegetarian by now hmph especially seeing as how bad it is for the environment as well. I'm going to wean myself off... yea
