Seasteading

A guy by the name of Patri Friedman is proposing a new way of living: seasteading. He wants to create colonies in the ocean based on his libertarian ideas. This is a super interesting article that investigates similar projects that have failed in the past and how Friedman suggests his will work differently from the rest.
